We all have air conditioners in Florida and a lot of homeowners don’t like spending money on maintenance or preventive maintenance. At Dennis Property Management we really work hard on how to keep the cost down as much as possible.
Once a year preventive maintenance needs to be done on your AC and now is the time to do if you haven’t done it already. We are recommending that you have a cleaning done on the unit. If the emergency stop valve stops working the unit backs up and the water starts overflowing in the pan which causes damage to the property. You can save yourself a lot of money by doing the Preventive Maintenance once to twice a year depending on the age of the AC unit.
